Need to uprade also and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a limit to what I can install for a processor on my Bh6. Thx in advance.

It depends of which model of BH6 you have.

In any case you can use coppermine cored celeron or pentiumIII up to 1 Ghz as your CPU.

Go to www.abit.nl (http://www.abit.nl)  / bios updates to see which cpu's the latest bios supports..

Upgrading CPU most probably requires at least a bios reflash.

The new tualatin core celeron or pentium3 won't work in bh6.

I'm running a celeron667@901 Mhz in the bh6 1.2...

Aztec a little late but i tell what i got,

a Bh6 not sure which version lol did Bio flash and know using PIII 850 OC at 950 np at all.

It's all in japanese - short translation is the adapter makes it possible to install the new tualatin core cpu's to your old slot-1 BX boards.

Why anyone would want to, beats me  :)
