When I click on it down there nothing happens tried everything I know of so far.
Any ideas?

Really need help with this i cant figure it out?

Try re-installing the game. That's what I'm doing right now and it might be the fix to the problem. That's just my best guess.
-
I don't wanna do that unless I have to im going to see what skuz says :)
-
I have done that with every major update and so far...only minor issues that did not prevent me from playing...and secondary patches fixed the issues. I just copy the older version to another folder, uninstall, download the full installer then reinstall...copy my settings, skins, terrains and crosshairs folders back. voila
-
Now its saying aceshigh.exe has stopped working.

ACE, I recommend doing as ShrkBite says. It never hurts to reinstall AH. But before you reinstall, be sure to copy your settings and skins to another folder so you dont lose them all. :salute

Eh, I took the time to re-install the game seems to be working.
I just need to find the peice of paper that has my password on it. :lol

I have the same problem mouse works for 1 to 2 seconds then freezes. I click on online arenas and nothing happens the game just sits there and never opens. Already reloaded the game and no change....

I have a modest pc but i found any problems with new patch
(changing flyght model, gunnery etc. apart. Things that i consider HA major bugs.
They are very boring - exception for the great p51 engine remodel ! :x) )
I renamed old folder version of AH to use old stuff and made a fresh install
to use the new one.

Ace, did you copy/backup your AH settings or any other folders? your login info is in there if you had it checked "save" on the login screen.....
it is the login.cfg file
use notepad to open it up and read it, just do not click the (always open this cfg file type with this program ) checkbox
hope this helps
