Title: Anyone here an Earthlink user?
Post by: Ripsnort on August 07, 2001, 07:47:00 AM
Could you check to see what the pop3 incoming and outgoing mail server name is?  Their webpage didn't spell it out very well, trying to get outlook express up and running for my email.  Thanks!

Rip,

It depends on wether you started with Earthlink or your ISP was "aquired" by them.  If you started up with Earthlink, go to their web sight.. they have very helpfull user pages.

If not, you may want to give their tech support a call.  Its 7x24 coverage.

I've been with them for 6 years, was on hold last night for 30 min. couldn't handle the wait any longer...will try some other things today, only had a few moments last night trying to get connected via Outlook...
