Lately when then cap in orange arena drops I have been getting discoed.Any reason why?I spend time trying to get in15 minutes later the cap lowers  and disco happens and the limit then does to 200 with 275 in it drives me crazy.

Coincidence. Caps are moving up & down quite much at certain times. But they don't have any influence on anybody in the arena. Actually, the cap mechanism is not part of the arena itself... it's a kind of bouncer at the door. But it's unable to reach anyone inside, on the actual gameserver.
The cap is changing quite more often than you are discoing.

did you run ping plotter to the arenas? Just from the numbers dropping will NOT disco you, there will be some other issue.
