Title: No mouse pointer on video settings screen

Just noticed it, I went to the video settings screen, and I have no mouse pointer at all. Only way out is task manager.  There are changes I want to make and am unable.  Anyone else have this?  First issue I have had in ages.   Yes I can play the game just fine, so far as I can tell.
