It seems that the lowest populated country sometimes gets double teamed by the two more populous countries (while they pick at each other like kids forced to eat liver and red beets for dinner). What about setting a limit on the ratio of enemy fields that a country can hold?
Say the bish total captured fields consist of 75% nit and only 25% rook. The bish would have to take more rook fields next, in order to not exceed 75% nits fields. Not like the linked capture system, where a specific base has to be taken - any rook base would suffice. Since the base taker/win teh war types types still need 40% of both countries to "win" (pointing and laughing), this wouldn't derail their goals of map pwnage.
What could go wrong? (http://i343.photobucket.com/albums/o460/caldera_08/smilies/th_scared0016.gif) (http://s343.photobucket.com/albums/o460/caldera_08/smilies/?action=view¤t=scared0016.gif)

Just thinking of how to code that makes my brain hurt.

Some way, some how, they will find a glitch and abuse it. Ever since the intro to Titanic tues and weekly rotation of maps, you notice a pattern. The horde dweebs save all their base taking for the weekends so the chances of Winning da map is much easier.
I could care less what the map looks like, and if I feel that one side is getting picked on, I dont mind switching.

Earlier this week us knights had at least 4-5 nights where bish and rooks out numbered us by 20+

This never happens.
In fact, I notice more often the exact opposite of what you post. The low number side having one front where they are the hoarders with the other front completely barren.

I have noticed that also, but on the other hand if the low side is fighting both other sides, there may not be enough of the low side to fight both sides. Hence one horde fighting another and the low side has the flank open.

Just don't see it often, even the high numbers side players like to shoot red guys. If there is nothing to shoot they will go elsewhere.

Funny because this week flying as nit we were over ran on bish side and still fighting plenty of rooks on the other all while being the low number.

It happens yes, but no more than anything else does. I've seen the higher numbers side getting ganged on each front while being ENY'd before. Anything is possible, nothing is planned. Just the way things develop.

You don't like liver and red beets..........

Which is it? You like fights that come to you and plenty of targets or you want just a few targets a little at a time? Seems like if your getting attacked by both teams at least the fights are easy to find. Wheres the problem?

will it be easier if when it reaches 75% knights bases captured ratio then all knight fields become uncapturable. forcing bishops to attack rooks and capture their bases if they want more knight bases.

the problem is what happened several times last week, 30% knits - 35% bish - 35% rooks and not a single base flashing on the bishrook front. this means at least 1v2 odds everywhere for knits with no ENY restrictions to mitigate. strange thing is even with these odds in their favour the base-rollin mission types still think its best to do 20+ NOEs to take bases :headscratch:

I think a more reasonable request would be a zone Eny system that updates every, say, 5 minutes.

The American's and Russians Ganged the Germans.
The Americans and Australians Ganged the Japanese.
These Fronts were unfair to the Axis powers and I'm sure they were whining too.

You want to get technical, the Russians also jumped in with teh horde against the Japanese right at the end. The Vulch light was on over all of Manchuria. (and the Germans got ganged by waaaay more than just those two as well :D)
Zone ENY is the best solution, in my mind.

I like them about as much as Spit XVIs. :)

I agree.
That, and have ENY be affected by how many bases you control. The more bases, the quicker the ENY drops once the number of players start to favor 1 or 2 of the other teams.
