It weighed 17.5 tons, had 5 to 25mm of armor, had a road speed of 60mph and approx 45 off road, carried the 76mm M1A1 gun, 340hp and a power to weight ratio or 18.9. The torsion bar suspension allowed for fast maneuvering and easy hit and run tactics...it carried 45 rounds of ammunition

Yes, M-18 is nice to have but lets give it a rest on U.S. GVs. Got enough right now.

and what exactly can we have for any other country other than Britain that would include a massive perk or a need for brake turning or zero turn ability to fully allow it to operate? SP guns need brake turning. The Panther would most likely need to be perked due to its armor and superior 75mm cannon. Russia only has the KV-1 left for a tank... so lets get into TDs

yeah, learn GV tactics and you'll see that they can create a massive advantage in a battle. Multiple tanks rulling blindly into the fray doesnt always win out over a GV group of the same size planning their attacks and maneuvering for coordinated shots

You guys make it too easy for me to kill them. Heck, i must have kill dozens of wirbs and ostis just using my .50 cals.

Even less skill to shoot BB's in the top of the tank either.
Since there was no over head armour on these things & if the damage model would be similar to our flack Panzer's the whines about the turret being gunned down will be a long one on the BBS.

they wouldnt whine. anyone with half or even a quarter of a brain would understand the M-18 is one of the weakest vehicles in armor thickness. A tank destroyer used that tactic, lose the extra armor weight in order to carry bigger guns or go faster
