Title: Dissappearing Act?

Usually if someone goes *poof* and is gone they are discoed.  This bogey went poof and returned like 10 seconds later after I started chasing an unrelated  ghost dot that appeared in front of me.
I know it is probably a connection issue from one of us correct?  Anybody had this happen to them?
