Title: Mouse Jitters

Still getting the mouse jitters at the start of the game.

What operating system do you have?  What mouse brand are you using?  Does your mouse come with brand-specific software?  When you say "jitters" do you mean it's better than before but still exists or same as 2.19,3 without change?  Are you playing on a laptop?
