Title: Game opens in window and will not run after last patch

When I run the game after the last patch I do not get the full screen splash screen.  Instead I get it in a window and it takes forever for the clipboard to fly into view.
Once it does the cursor is invisible when you move it and when you finally get it over a menu option and click it the game will not launch.

I renamed the AH folder, removed the desktop icon and reinstalled the full game.

Suggestions?

Windowed mode is now normal the mouse issue isn't.

Dxdiag info could help.
