Just north east of this base just past town I experienced interference. Perhaps its a texture problem? My video would stutter here no matter the number of players in the area. Perhaps its influenced by Track IR?
This base is on a south coast. A12/13 are just north and A21 is North West.
Perhaps related to a previous glitch allowing ships to go ashore?
