Not sure if it is porked or screwy but the map is in pretty bad shape base-wise.

Yep,the arena is porked.  I knew I shouldn't have taken that distillery base.

i unporked it last night. it should be fine other then the bases that were captured before might now be neutral again. ill try to fix the rest of it tonight.
