That will cost $270 if I mention PRICEWATCH.

Gotta have memory so I will buy crucial (http://www.crucial.com/store/PartSpecs.asp?imodule=CT3264Z265) I can get 512MB of DDR for less than $70.

The case I was set on the antec 1030B (http://www.emscomputing.com/) (you may have to ahve the cookie for the link to direct you to the case). But I can get a cheaper case for sure. However this one has 2 fans installed already, has the easy access door, etc.. Funked showed me a case that seemed as functional too for around $20 less.

Anyway, I will have to stop there. Funds are needed elsewhere so the Vid card, HD, Floppy drv, CDrom, etc...will have to wait.

Not the best cpu cooler heres a link to an old comparison and there is newer and better since, but it may not be too much of an issue as i believe the cpu your getting runs on a smaller die and runs cooler anyway.
