Title: unchecked USB powermanagement not remembering

I am unchecking the USB powermanagement so that it is on all the time,But today when I checked it,it was checked again,..How can  make it permanent??

Under the power management options go to advanced and modify or create you own plan, then apply it.

but with the usb,one has to go into and uncheck,even after applying..I think...
