Hey All,
There is no doubt a rearm pad is useful when all your bunkers are down and the like. A few questions please:
- Did WWII pilots have rearm pads?
- Did WWII pilots get credited with kills for one sortie if they kept using the rearmed pad.
I'm just sayin.

Yes and yes.
Rearming in real life just takes longer and pilots were credited for every confirmed kill.
Certain concessions are made however for a game to increase playability.

Hot rearming and refueling is a common practice. They don't get the cool system message though. :bolt:

Why didn't RL pilots just tower out and get a new ride :huh

Not in prop driven airplanes but there is no reason you can't turn your motors off in AH while on the pad.

Theoretically, they did almost every time.
