Just kiddin...excellent gunnery, He should know there's no safe way to approach a B17.

Actually, if you want to give me a real problem, high angles are what I have trouble leading. If you want to kill my B17's, get alt. Takes more time & patience, but greater chance of successful kills in the end.

I'm pretty sure that was me in that 152. I thought about getting altitude. I thought I might get lucky.

Hey, thanks bud. Yes, that was you & me. It was at the last second I stair-stepped my alt up a bit to screw up your approach. <<S>> sir. Next time, like you said, do think about getting alt. That's where I start having problems. :)

The 'Egg-man' is deadly in those bombers!  I know a couple of other Oregon guys who've got great marksmanship...must be that clean air up there, lol.   :salute Egg.
