Title: virus,worm? strange happenings on my comp

howdy was playin about five min ago and had norton virus wich i updated yesterday stop aces mid flight and give me a popup that said a program was trying to acess my c:windows\system\wininit.exe  the program tried to back it up but failed then it quarinteened the file it idified w32.hillw.bymer as the culpret so i went and shuut down the comp . it then said the following users are connected to your comp. RLward\\photoclub and asked if i wanted to disconnect um . i did so what the hell is this somone acessin my comp while im playin a trojan hors program ?  any help appreciated.

right folloed directions and got rid of it . but now my usb optical mouse if let to sit for a few sec hesitates befor moving normaly . damed distracting, just cant figure it out
