Is it possible to have regional eny?
Sometimes 2 countries will gang the third...many reasons for this but it leads to very imbalanced fights...
Lets say 40 knits are hitting 10 rooks at one base...couldnt a system of regional eny kick in that limited the type of planes available to "the hoard"? This might encourage them to at least split their forces and attack a seperate base or move to attack the other country...
It is not hard to defend with lesser numbers as long as the attackers are not overwhelming in number....
