I would love it if for at least one of my threads you guys would be, "Will do" and add something on the spot.
You do it for a couple of threads.
I would love for you to do it for this one.
He-111
Westland Whirlwind
G4M Betty
P61
50 cal and clipped wing option for mk IX
Unperking of Spitfire Mk XIV
Fingers crossed for any of them. :pray

Amen to the Heinkel and Betty. :aok

Yup.
Notice how I put in the unperking the spit XIV as the easiest option. lol
And might as well make it a Eny 10 while we're at it too.
Just like the Ta-152.

Think simpler or anticipate that which they are about to do anyway.

I would love to have the P-61, it had amazing guns and early avionics. Alas, there is no need for a night fighter in the game, for there is no night time. :cry
-
IMO the would probably perk the Spit 9 if it had clipped wings and 50. cals lol <<S>>
-
A haphazard reference to the HTC staff? Cause I know you ain't talking to me. If I had any pull I'd have the HE111 in already.
you guys

50 cal and clipped wing option for mk IX
This is already in the game. It is called a Spitfire Mk XVI, but it is really a Spitfire LF.Mk IXe. We can tell this because it has the same critical altitudes as the Spitfire Mk VIII, which means it also has a Merlin 66, not the Merlin 266 that would make it a Spitfire Mk XVI.

It never existed. They are two different wings. Further, the Merlin 61 engine we have in the Mk IX would never have been paired with an e wing that carried the 50 cals.

sandwich you're apparently still not doing it right.

UGH!
It's so difficult wrongway.
Screw it.
Just unperk the spit XIV. Pretty please with sugar on top.
-
Sandwich, you moron. If they unperk the Spit 14, thats all we'll ever see. Instead of HO'ing spit XVI's, we'll have HO'ing spit XIV's.

it would be less of a threat - that XIV nose is hard to tame :(
-
Yes, the spit 14 has one of the longest noses in the game. But can you honestly say you would rather have spit 14's dominating the arena rather than spit spit 16's?
-
I have found that spit 14's are much harder to fight in the hands of a better pilot then spixteens, It might be just because more inexperienced pilots generally fly the 16, but I have flown both and id take 14>16 any day of any week
-
agreed. I've killed a spit 14 with a P-40E. Even with 2 other guys, he was a hand full.
