I recently tried a system restore to try and figure out some issues with my speakers and mic not working. It now seems like I have done something that messed up my recorded films. I can't open any of them. I've tried downloading the current AH version but it has not helped.
This is the problem message I've gotten:

From what I've read a "system restore" really messes up the game sometimes. What I would do is save my "settings" folder and delete the rest of the game. Download a new pack and re-load the game. Drop the settings folder in over the new one and then give it a try.
Good Luck

Thanks for your help Fugitive.
I downloaded the current version and for some reason when I tried to log on I then got an update so I loaded that and it worked. My films are working again.
