Title: AMD Motherboard Question, plz read
Post by: AKSWulfe on October 19, 2001, 04:58:00 PM
Are there any _GOOD_ motherboards for an AMD Athlon 900Mhz that are Micro ATX?

I don't want onboard or onboard video either. It needs to be compatible with a V5 5500(PCI), SB Live!(PCI) and a ZooM 56K(ISA).

I would like it to also have a AGP/PCI shared slot (like an ISA/PCI shared slots, they just share the mounting space on the case) for future upgrades.

If anyone has any information, I would appreciate it.

Looking to build a small system?  Most MicroATX cases that I've seen come with 150W power supplies.  Would you be able to power an Athlon CPU with that?

Went ahead and got an ATX case and an EPoX 8KTA3 Pro mobo.

System upgraded and running great.
