I LOLed about this, but apparently some people take serious offense to this. As long as they aren't harming anything, I say let them have fun.

The reason why they are in trouble is that they did this during their patrol.  Had they been off duty when they did it, it wouldn't have been a problem.

From one of the comments in the video, it was a street in Hebron that is blocked off to Palestinian car and foot traffic.  The only civilians allowed on that streets are the Jewish residents of the settlements.
