Or pull throttle on the outer most engine on the inboard (relative to desired turn) wing....

Slow but it works....

Well if you're in a single seat aircraft this won't work, however, if you're in a bomber then do this. Set your plane to auto climb, then jump into a gunners position and rudder left or right. Obviously this only works as a "hands free" auto pilot if you use your keyboard for rudder inputs like I do. If you use rudder pedals or a twisty it won't work unless you make a second stick map with the rudder keys mapped to the keyboard.
