Title: Wasn't able to control a CV

The other afternoon I was in a fighter above a CV when I noticed bombers coming in.  Someone was shouting "someone turn the CV", ya know, that thing everyone yells but no one does. I went to the task group and attempted to turn the CV, something I've done many times before.  I selected a position on the map, submitted the point, and nothing happened.  No, it didn't touch land (it was no where close to land and I did not receive a text buffer message telling me it was) and no, no one had control over the CV.

I attempted the process multiple times to no avail.  Any ideas?

Probably someone had control before you logged on so it did not show up on your clipboard as being controlled.

exactly and it's a long time bug that has never been fixed.
