I put the gunsite over my drone and I could see right through him I also could see through the clouds.

I could see through the bottom of the compass in the B24

I was shooting at a B26 in my p-39Q offline to mess around with the changeable drones. I got the left engine smoking and then i shot the wing off the smoking animation was still there along with the oil splatter across the wing.

Offline drones will continue to fly until there is nothing left. IE: you make them explode. They'll fly on fire. They'll fly missing major components.
This gives you more to shoot at which, in turn, allows you more target practice.

Yes, I am aware but the engine shouldn't smoke if the wing and therefore the engine are both gone :).

But presumably you think it's OK that it is still flying. :eek:
When you blow up the rest of it, I guarantee the smoke from the ghost engine will be gone ;)

Yes i realize it will still fly when missing major parts. The last pic of the b-26 is it after it is dead and is doing the new fall to the ground instead of explode like it used to. It still has the smoking engine

Yes. This is true but if you remember playing the game a few years ago the plane would never do a death spiral just explode once you killed the pilot or whatever.
