Title: C&R aka ATF form 7CR

Anyone have a C&R?  I just requested form 5310.16 and think I've got enough info to fill it out and submit successfully.  Do I need anything else? Any got ya's?  Any help, info, or experience you can pass on would be appreciated.

All I can say is prepare to wait. From what I have read it can take up to three months to get back.
