Wondering if anyone else caught the deal Best Buy had Friday and Saturday.  visiontek GeForce 3 Ti200 64meg for only $99.00 after rebate. I snatched the last one off the shelf.  Hooray for me!!!!!

Pongo, they stll had a couple dozen at that price at my Best Buy (2 miles).

You want me to ship you one?

Course, you have to reimburse in USD.... none of that Maple Leaf stuff.   ;)

But I would do it for ya if they have still have them today....

Apparently that deal was only for Fri/Sat.

It's no longer at that price, back to $199.

Well, will be keeping an eye on the "every Sunday" Best Buy sales insert to the newspaper.

If they run a good one again, will post in here.

I actually thought about buying one but I had a GeF2MX otw and I thought that would be OK.. but for the extra $40, I shoulda bought the 3 and returned the 2.

Don't feel so bad Toad , I got a sale bill from Dell yesterday and they have a P4 1.9 with that same card (GF2MX) , on the sale bill you would have to "upgrade" to get a better card .   :eek:

Hell they pushing that in their top model is beyond me . Lots of people not in the know going to be damn sorry IMO .

AMD Tbird 850 mhz
Asus A7v133
512 pc133 ram
Visontek xtasy Ti200 64meg geforce 3

Well thus far I am not super impressed with FR in AH with this card. peliminary testing in ah yielded highest FR of 70 fps in 1280 X 1024, Avg FR is at 55.  My peak with geforce 2 gts same res was 59.  I think the card has potential because 3d mark bench 1024 X 768 is at 5200.  I heard there was some issues with the VIA chipset on my board. I loade coolbits so need to play with the card a bit
If anyone out there could offer some settings to optimize AH for me "Bloom are you listening" I would appreciate it.
