Title: cant find x52 CFG file in folder

I want to manually edit my numbers in the stick file but all I am seeing under settings is a JSM file...is this the same?

Yes..You will need to open it in Notepad...

Unless you know that the numerical values stand for in the config file, I wouldn't recommend manually editing them.
