Title: Water skiing aircraft

I wish to be able to make my plane hydroplane on a body of water. It is possible, and it looks awesome. It wouldn't serve much of a purpose, but still. I just saw the article in this month's Air & Space.

I saw a crazyman do it on a dam out at Wee Waa in an airtractor. Really crazy, if cotton spraying isn't crazy enough.
