There she is. About 8 ft tall and looking so good.

Then the rains came a perhaps a small typhoon.
I told Mom it was 8 ft tall. She said well now its 8 ft long. SICK MOM!
I tried to rescue it but 8 ft corn is tough to stand back up. It was also like a monstrous game of pick-up sticks.

Tiny little crop circles? :headscratch:
Sorry dude, I know what a disappointed it is to see your garden smashed. :(

Don't feel bad man. You should see the gardens around here. We've had so much rain that weeds have taken over. I could only wish my garden looks as good as yours right now. :cry

Post a pic of your mother... :D
Looks like you got hit with some heavy winds, after the heavy storms yesterday the corn fields around here are looking battered too. You have what, 3 or 4 rows?
You could try picking the stalks up, and piling more dirt (4 to 6 inches) around the bases of each stalk. If you only buried the seeds 2 to 4 inches, with the spacing you have, there isn't enough support.
