Title: Small Bug - Vox transmit lights

When Radio is open, and either Global Transmit or Chanel Transmit is pressed, the Vox radio light does not light up (upper box that contains the players in range or on Channel).

I usually test this to see if I'm transmitting when I log on, but I couldn't tell until I got a 'radio check'.

I have the same problem alone with people sound like there talking through Kazoo's

 :airplane: Brian you know you can type your ID in the vox "V" box and hear your self if you are transmitting or not.

the light wont show, but your are transmitting.  I believe that's what they're saying.
