Title: 17lb'er on Vbase fires with HE trajectory
Post by: Belial on July 23, 2010, 05:49:36 PM
It seems like the 17 lb gun is off...if it's the same gun as on the firefly it can't be right?

Did hitech accidentally model HE ballistics?

Field gun elevates from minus 6 degrees to positive 16.5 degrees and fires HE, HEAT, APDS and APCBC ammunition to 10,000 yards.

When I was useing the AT gun I only had AP as an ammo choice.

and yes I do agree, if the trajectory was supposed to be simmilar to the firefly then there is a serious problem somewhere.
the firefly shoots an almost flat trajectory and the new AT gun shoots a very arched trajectory

Yes. I was giving the facts about the real field gun.
