Title: Individual sounds

I'm going to wish for something we had before.  I wish for the ability to change the volume of individual sounds in-game, on a per-sound basis, instead of or in addition to the ability to change them as a group as we have now.

+1. But  I think you should have looked around a bit more as this has been discussed.
