I have to download the game, and now i need the password  :(.. Does any one know how i can contact some on HT (Not one pick up the phone) or how i can get my password ?????  Thanks for your help...

You should not need a password to download and install AH .. Only to play online will you need a subscription and a password.. HTC is closed on the weekends

I think what he's saying is that he had his password saved, and when he de-installed/re-installed, he now has to provide it - but doesn't remember what it was.

I don't know of anything you can do other than contact HTC - I don't remember a password reset/email me dialog anywhere.

Oh..that's not a good thing..Call them Monday morning..they will be able to e-mail it to you..

If you simply lost your password and need it re-sent to you so you can log in there is an option.  Open Aces High and hit "Online Arenas" and next to the password field there is a "resend password".  You will need to put your log-in name in the field then hit resend so it should look like:

Login ID: <ID goes here>  |Create Account|
Password: <password>     |Resend password|

|x| Save Password

|OK|   |Cancel|


Make sure you put in the account name and not the in-game screen-name.  If you input the name wrong you will get a "Could not retrieve account info for user: "

If you don't have an account you are paying for and you don't have a 2-week trial left (guessing not since you've been here 3 years) you'll need to re-create an account.

...and if you don't get the e-mail immediately then check your spam filter.

Also note, if you used a Yahoo email address in your game account, you may not get the email from Yahoo for up to a week as they deliberately delay email acceptance from our email server because they think we are spammers.  Once it finally gets to your email box, it WILL be in the spam folder.

Nothing we can do about it.  Yahoo will not listen to us.
