Title: Someone has CH Mgr Map/AH

A while back some one posted CH Mgr Map, so
an individual could use that as a Guide to
set up his own button commands.
Would apprediate a copy if possible.
I have the USB thrtl/rudder/F16 stick and
the CH Mgr installed.
