Title: birds eye hanger view offline

How do you get the F5  vehicle hanger birds eye view offline. What I get is a ground level view. Not talking about the Tower God's eye.

Go into the arena settings for the clipboard, look for the section for view mode flags and play around.  I think there's one labeled external tower or some such.

Ok when you get that ground level view, hit F8 (pan mode) then use the keypad 8 key to raise your view.
