Hello Bern,
Thanks for all the details.  ...except for the "lame bellybutton jets remark".  I love all the planes you listed.
...and I love fighter jets too.  I wish I had time to attend the air show...I live in Farmington Hills, MI, but can't make it this year.

actually i would have loved to "meet up" with anyone that had attended,the show was awesome.
I think that if you talk to people that know me you would realize that I would have carried a BIG  sandwhichboardsign with "AH pilot's here on it"
If I had thought anyone would be there,in fact i have met FA pilots at that same airshow.

Again.   It's all fine and dandy whilst sitting in front of PC.   But most "cave in to anonymity" as the events get closer.

I was not trying to insult any jet pilots that may or may not be in game.

and some of the first posts are a link or repliesto links to jet videos....yes jets are freakin awesome and I would KILL for a ride one!
  no one seamed interested in all the WWII planes that were listed.Then I get some guy tellin me that I am hiding on the internet and that I would not show up

did you respond to my original post,that you would be there ??
If so I missed it and apologize, 3 years ago LTD had a gathering at that show,seven of us enjoyed the airshow and eachothers company.
last year I met a guy that claims to make the gasket sets that Rousch uses in his mustangs,in his auto parts factory{an older gentlemen with one hell of a handlebar mustache}
so you see I am not shy about meeting new people.

Hi Bern,  I have roots in Michigan and FA (SIR_Vivor,   AbsolutDeath).  Split my time between Moscow and Detroit.  I see LTD has a squad here.  Are you training inexperienced pilots?  I'm learning to fly:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5BJXwNeKsQ

AH is brutal though...lots of top guns...not much for the neewbs.  Very much a Dictatorship when it comes to change.  Patience is not my strong suit.
I would like to have $1.00 (28 rubles) for ever pilot they run off.  But where would we go?  I guess they get that.
