i think when you look at your own or someones scores you should be able to see how many cv's they have sunk. Back in WWII sinking an aircraft carrier would have been a great achievement. I just think it would be cool to see how many cv's someone has killed in a month.

Someone can severely damage a carrier, or any ship for that matter, and then have a person come along and hit it with a rocket, .50 cal bullet, or whatever it needs to go over that 'ship sink' threshold and get credit for its sinking.
It would not be an accurate score category to say the least.

He just likes to see his scores on everything.

Things like this would be interesting to be listed in stats, not in scores.

I keep track of my cv's on a piece of paper, I sink between 15 to 28 cvs with the loss of 10 or less of my buffs. :).

Would def have to reclassify if you hit the CV, cruiser or just an escort ship. Can you see all the scorehos killshooting themselves with B25s trying to kill the remaining fleets after everyone leaves the group :x :x

Not if it's just a statistic, that wouldn't change anything.
And guess what: Killing ships already gives you points for your score :)
