Title: AH film to VHS. Possible?

I get my hair cut at a small town local boy shop that has several guys who talk the "pilot" talk and enjoy airshows. I have told them about AH but it would be great if the next time I go in I could hand them a video tape of one of the flight films I made. Is there anyway to do that?

How would I start?

Vid card with TV-out.
Ati Radeon vivo and some GeForce cards had a socket(Finnish word translated) for coaxial cable you can connect to your TV or video-recorder.
