Title: Mossie skins option bug?

Not sure if this is a bug or not? Any way this is what I have got.

When you are on offline practice you have a choice of all these skins listed in the picture,however FTJR & Kev 367Th skins are all the default skin.

Now when you are on line you only have the choice of Greebos skins?

I have the same issue with PT boat skins.

At the moment only Greebos skins are available, so i guess the bug is in the offline mode. Mine is the same as yours.
