Title: I got one for ya! Uverse TV and email

My email wouldn't send and I hadn't changed a thing or so I thought. I called a tech and we went through the whole setup several times. Still the email would not send. So I thanked him and said I will try rebooting the modem. As an after thought he said to also boot the uverse box. Click! I changed services about the same time the email stopped working. repowered the uverse box and the modem and wala I have email again.

Who'd a thunk that.

BTW, I was in a panic to get it fixed too. I had an interview and wanted to send a thank you letter. Whew! that was close. Although I could have sent it via webmail.

Uh, WTF is a Uverse box, lol new technology or a new slang thing?

At&T digital tv package. Seems the internet and TV are linked very closely.

yep it all comes into the house on the same line but in different packets and it comes in really good. My HD signal is amazing on Uverse...much better than DirecTV ever thought of being.
