Were both very helpfull posts on picking my next V card .

It does 4 to 5 fps faster in WW2Online than my old gelforce 256 pro , and it's 8 fps faster than a gelforce 3 , in that game .

It runs 32 bit color as fast as my old card did in 16 bit on WW2Online .

Color looks a little brighter but have not really run it that long to really tell yet , but I know already this one isn't going back .

take care

Radeon's themselves are good cards, but ATI has yet to write a good driver for Windows 2000.  Don't buy a Radeon expecting it to be fast in NT 4, XP, or win2k...

Radeon with default settings adds more saturation.

If you like to test it, you can just get some tweaker for it (Http://www.rage3d.com) and disable option 'GameGamma'
Everything that 'feature' really does, is increasing saturation of graphics, nothing to do with gamma brightness (that might come in mind first).
Its enabled in default setup and only tweaker can disable it. (registry tweak)

Staga : It came in a brown box ( don't look like the box on that web page for sure , hehe ), I ordered it off the above web site . Was $158 plus 14 bucks to ship to me , took about 1.5 weeks , they aren't that fast IMO . I got the card , cd and two cables for video in and out so that you can edit off vcr's etc . I used the driver off the ati web site , 7075 driver .

Edit : Video capture and TV/VCR-output support (retail version) , Yes it has that  :)

Ok bloom , nice to know that . I don't have that on my pc , though I would like to if I "knew" how , lol .

Fishu , thanks . Was looking for the tweak site . I will give that a try .

take care
