No it's not what it seems but it is pretty cool.

Ozzy was always looking for young talented guitar players Randy Rhodes and Zack Wilde immediately come to mind.

that kid will be amazing in about 7-9 years
-
I'm afraid that is not how it goes. He is amazing now but as he gets older the novelty wears off and he will just vanish into the mass of other great guitar players....

The novelty wears off for alot, yes. This kid will make it though.

I have a feeling he'll be playing into a similar niche as MattRach

Kid looks like a girl with that hair. At least he can shred. Justin Bieber might be as cool as him one day, if s/he permanently stops singing and starts shredding.
Of course, that won't happen until his balls drop, but then again s/he doesn't have any in the first place.

I remember when playing a mean guitar actually had some weight to it. Some cosmic coolness. Nowadays kids play like hyper little Einsteins and are all over the youtube. There is no longer anything special or cool about it. Anyone can download a small software program and within a few hours have a pro quality sound file made up. Nothing to it. Digital boy killed the analog kid.

Yeah that is the same one that learned it...pretty cool he actually got to play w/Ozzy.

Ozzy is such a class act fellow. He has really cleaned himself up over the years. Kudos to the little boy on the guitar. Keep it up! :rock

As the boy matures and his musical style and direction mature, should be interesting.
