Okay, so, I'm looking for a good US Navy wallpaper for my computer. I have tried google, in fact just spend an hour and a half on it searching, and found nothing good. I'm not necessarily looking for something with equipment in a picture, but more something dramatic with the anchor, seal, etc. Any specialty badge would be aviation. I am absolutely NOT looking for anything related to the SEALs. Perhaps something like http://s1.hubimg.com/u/1421596.jpg But navy-related. Anyone have anything?

Check the LIFE images?
I used this one of the USS New Mexico for a while. I'm partial to the clipper bow battleships. About as US Navy as you can get :)

Here's my current desktop, Its the USS Midway circa early 1980s.

I've got lots of Hi-Res A-6 Intruder and F-4 Phantom Desktops (My favorite Planes).

well if you like the f-14 let me know, i have a nice collection of pictures of them from off the net. some are really cool too
-
I'm trying to stay away from actual photos of equipment. I want something a little more professional looking, i.e., the Anchor or Seal in 3D appearance. Basically, the link I posted would be PERFECT if only it were Navy rather than USMC.
-
Why on Earth would you want anything other than the original one you posted. That has to be one of the finest pictures to ever grace the internet. :P
You know that I'm messing with you Serenity. Good luck in the search, I sure can't find anything.

lol. Thanks Xtrepid.
For the record, this is going on a Battalion Laptop overseen by the Air officer, and he doesn't like pictures, lol. He just wanted generic-but-cool Navy.
