Hehe... buy.com has sort of a nasty reputation around these parts for the $125 19" monitor fiasco. (Price may be a bit off, but think absurdly low.) Actually pretty much the whole internet gaming community got in on it and ordered several thousand or so monitors afore buy.com could fix their prices, and then handled the PR problem extremely badly. Buyer beware.
Also, they have a disturbing tendency to ding yer card then and there, then decide whether or not stuff's in stock. Float themselves a free loan at yer expense basically. And gawd forbid if you decide to cancel yer order.

Actually I was one of those that ordered one of the monitors I believe the price was $165.00 which I knew was about $350.00 under wholesale but what the heck it was worth a try, I never really believed I would get one . All I can say is that I ordered a sound card and it arrived next day (regular ups from dallas to okla) no problems. and I ordered this 770 ultra yesterday and less than 24 hrs later it was on my door step. Dont know about anyone elses experience but mine has been good with them. PS I just installed it and Im ready to go fly and try it (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) later PropNut

Oh I do not like BuyComp at all.
Buycomp appears to pad thier low prices with very high shipping costs and on top of it they charge me state tax even though my state has an explicit no internet sales tax law.
I figured if they were selling it at that price that someone else would be in the same ball park price wise and there were. I bought one yesterday that was about a $1.00 higher in base price but after shipping and no taxes I saved the price of a lunch over BuyComp.
