OK guys, i want to try something in October, but i need to know how some of you feel about it.
I'm putting together a setup where the plane-set is almost perfectly matched. then on Monday or Tuesday, it will change to a more historic plane-set. i will be kind of on the lines of a midwar match-up moving to a latewar setup.
opinions wanted, please be gentle!

Hello Captain,
I like the idea Sir. I do have a couple of questions:
What is the criteria for deciding perfect matches vs. historical matches?
Does this also include vehicles under the same matchup system?

the criteria is that the planes have almost the same performance models. the planes have been chosen already. as for the GV's, all german and american/british tanks, no russian tanks.

It would be helpful to have a few more details before offering a useful opinion. What terrain, plane set, etc. do you plan to use?

Similarly matched performance, dependent on flying abilities? Go for it! :aok

terrain is irrelevant, early model german and american aircraft. no 51's til monday or tuesday because they skew the performance models.

Hello,
It's a kind of limited Rolling Plane Set, then... looks nice, usually works well. But why not start in early war models? They are sooo fun to fly and fight with...
On a side note, ETO players miss the cold channel waters...
