Title: TM F22,TQS Throttle problem

I have an F22, TQS, and Ch Pro Pedals hooked up.  Under the w98, they are set up as a custom stick with 4 axis, 2 buttons.  I am using Lightning's F22 program from the AH dl page.  The throttle responds well under the TM test programs.  In AH, the throttle has no effect. Any help with this problem or pointers would be great.  Thanks
