Hey guys,
When the AA slider in Video Settings is set to the max, what would the AA be in a numerical form?
I ask because I get a very, very nice picture if I set my card to "Use Application Settings" but the frame rate takes a tremendous hit to where it's unplayable for me.
If I run it in 8x/Box or 8x/Edge (which is 24x samples), I can get a solid 76 FPS and smooth play, but if I set it to "Use Application Settings", I get FPS in the mid 40's and choppy play.
This is on an ATI 5850 OC'd to 985/1200, an E8400 OC'd to 3.7GHz, and 8GB RAM.
Thanks,
mir
