Didn't the Ju-87D model have an automatic pull-up device? I love flying the stuka and I know quite a few others who love flying it, too (some members of Kommando Nowoty, Freebirds and miscellaneous other pilots throughout the game). I think it would be a pretty cool feature to have on the classic bird. Just my opinion, though.
Also, the Ju-87G may be a nice addition to the game.
A 1000kg bomb in the undercarriage and a 7.92 mm rear gunner position: 2x 3.7cm tank buster guns.
(I researched several sites and this is the most acurate loadout I could find).
IMO these would add a great deal to an often disregarded German bomber class.
EDIT: if any info on the Ju-87G is incorrect, which some may be, feel free to correct it.

No, I didn't catch that this morning, dang. I just love flying the stuka :D

O they had a pretty cool demonstration of the cockpit engine and like they put a camera in the plane as he flew about...very cool segment!! :airplane:

I don't know if Ack-Ack or someone could back this up, but wasn't the fixed langing gear sometimes covered in old boots? That would be a fun little easter egg. :)

The Ju87s that had the dive brakes had the automatic dive recovery system. Not sure how many but a large number of Ju 87G-1s that were converted from the D-3 airframe had the dive brakes removed. Not sure if the factory produced G-1s or G-2s had the dive brakes and automatic dive recovery system.
I'm also pretty sure that the neither of the Ju 87s could carry the large bomb and the cannon pods at the same time but in AH it wouldn't matter since planes aren't bound to a historical ordnance load out.

Thank you, Ack-Ack :)
I was wondering about the loadout and thought the exact same thing, like the new mossy being able to carry 5000lbs (kgs? I haven't checked)
of bombs.
So only the earlier designs and factory made stukas had automatic pull-up?

no it is less
not by much... so therefore, equivalent
-
It is a 40 lb difference.... If you wanted it to be "equivalent," you would require an extra 40 pounds...
-
not by much... so therefore, similar
