Just converted to the TM from an old Logitech. Thought I had it just right when last night's FSO proved me wrong. Does anyone have a decent scaling setup they would be willing to share?

I don't think many of us use that joystick. Without knowing exactly what problems you're having, it's hard to recommend much of anything.
I wouldn't expect too much out of that stick though. I'm not saying that it's necessarily a bad stick, but you can get it new for $40 from meritline, so I wouldn't expect it to be the most precise stick out there.

It's actually a very good and durable stick for the price...a bit touchy though so you're going to want to experiment with deadband or damping or both. I had to lock down the twisty part of the stick and use the rocker switch on the front of the throttle for rudder...makes it easier to manage rudder control.
If it will help any, this is what I use for elevator scaling, everything else is maxed out flat with a small amount of damping.
